A little about Jennifer Bellmann and Bellmann Specialty Produce,
proudly family owned and operated since 2005
Brad and Jen started the farm in May 2005. The first crops they planted were a few acres of asparagus and raspberries.
The original plan for the farm has always been to be mostly in asparagus production. After many years of more diversification of crops, they have been very focused on building the acreage of asparagus.
This has led to many years of growing their own asparagus crowns for replanting. In spring of 2020 they began to offer these to the public for sale as well.
There is no other farm in Western Canada that can offer these premium crowns with the instructions for success and support for the home gardener.
In addition to wholesale and retail, there is also a self-serve/honour system farm stand which is open daily seasonally.
