The Swan Lake Christmas Market is coming, and we’re looking for talented artisans, crafters, and makers to showcase their unique products at this festive community event!

This is a craft-focused market — no food, drink, or edible items are permitted for sale in these vendor spots.

If you’d like to be considered for a vendor spot, please complete our Vendor Application Form below and email it to contactus@swanlakemarket.com. Space is limited, and priority will be given based on the date your completed application is received, so we encourage you to apply early.

Please note: while we welcome a wide range of high-quality products, all applications are reviewed to ensure a diverse and engaging market. Submission of an application does not guarantee a spot.

Market Dates: December 6 & 7, 2025

Market Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Rates: Listed on the vendor application form

Attendance: Vendors must attend both days — there are no single-day options

Once spots have been accepted and assigned, we will contact you by email with confirmation details and payment instructions.

📌 Booking, Rates & Rules (Summary)

Rates per weekend:

Huts – $60

Walk-In Hut: Enclosed wood hut, front door access only, lockable, metal roof

Concession Hut: Enclosed wood, front service counter, rear entry, lockable, metal roof

Self-Serve Space Table – $45

10 x 10 area for vendor-supplied tents, tables, and decorations

Self-Serve Pop-Up Tent – $30

10 x 10 area (BYO, subject to demand and space availability)

Easy Rules to Remember:

• Electrical support provided for lights in huts only.
• You can configure your hut as you like, but all items must be removed at the end of your booking
• Huts can be locked so you may leave goods inside overnight on the 6th, but bring your own lock
• Propane heaters recommended for cold weather; we cannot supply electricity for additional heaters

No Food & Beverage vending unless health authority certified and pre-authorized by Swan Lake Market
